Join my Saturday Night Reiki Reset this September.  
Group Distance Reiki – no Zoom, simply rest at home and receive.

Strengthen, recharge and lift vitality  

Energy exchange:** £11 per session  

How it works:  
1. Select your date from the drop-down menu.  
2. Book your place and complete checkout.  
3. On the evening of the session, set your intention.  
4. Lie down or sit comfortably at the session time.  
5. I will channel Reiki for one hour.  
6. You will receive the healing wherever you are – even if you are busy or asleep.  

No prior experience needed. Reiki is safe, gentle and suitable for all.  

Aftercare: Drink water, rest if needed, and notice any shifts over the next 48 hours.
