If you’re feeling energetically heavy, emotionally overwhelmed, ungrounded or simply in need of a reset, this session is a calm space to return to balance.

This is a scheduled distance Reiki chakra balancing session. When you book, you are reserving your place for the date you choose, and I will send Reiki for 45 minutes at the scheduled time.

How to prepare
A few minutes before 8:00pm:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space
- Lie down or sit comfortably
- Have water nearby
- Set a simple intention (optional), e.g. “I allow my energy to return to balance”
Optional: candle, soft music, crystals.
During the session
There is nothing you need to do. Simply rest and receive. People experience Reiki differently — you may notice deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a sense of calm afterwards.
After the session
- Drink water
- Rest if you can
- Notice how you feel over the next 24–48 hours (gentle integration is encouraged)
