Join me from the comfort of your own space for a gentle morning of ceremonial cacao, meditation, intention and energy.

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and create some space away from the noise of everyday life.

You don't need any previous experience with cacao, meditation or energy work. Simply come as you are.

I'll send you the ceremonial cacao you need for our morning together, ready for you to prepare at home before the ceremony.

Please book this option by Monday 5th October to allow enough time for your cacao to arrive.
