Meet Umma – Founder of Heart & Harmony 7

Hello, I’m Umma, the heart behind Heart & Harmony 7. I am a Reiki Master, ThetaHealing® Practitioner, and Crystal Intuitive, with a passion for helping people find balance, clarity, and renewed energy.

🌿 My Journey

For many years, I worked in careers coaching and student wellbeing, supporting people to grow in their personal and professional lives. Alongside this, I felt called to explore the deeper connection between energy, healing, and human potential.

Discovering Reiki changed my life. What began as a personal practice soon became a path of service. I went on to train as a Reiki Master and later expanded into ThetaHealing® and crystal energy work. These practices opened the door to a more holistic way of helping others — not just with careers or confidence, but with mind, body, and spirit alignment.
